Christmas is a magical time of the year for younger children, and it is a great achievement if they are able to stay up until midnight to see Father Christmas deliver presents. Here are some tips on helping the children stay up.

Make a list of Christmas Eve things to do.

Do the boring ones first.

Don’t watch TV, you will fall asleep.

Help wrap presents.

Re-arrange presents under the tree.

Help Mom with last minute preparations in the kitchen.

Check the lights on the tree.

Check the decorations on the tree.

Is the angel on top of the tree straight?

Listen and dance to Christmas songs.
