Christmas, they say is the season for kids so how do you make kids feel extra special on Christmas day?
1
Ask them their dream present. What do they want to receive? So what if it's a little bit hefty? They'll only be kids once anyway and they won't ask for a Wii once their 25.
2
Hang the Santa sock. The Santa tradition gives thrill to kids. Ask them to hang their socks before they go to sleep. Stuff the sock with candies or toys that they've been asking you to buy them. You'll surely get a good reward once you see the look in their faces.
3
Keep them involved in the family's exchange gift tradition. Roll all family member's names. Ask everybody to pick one. They'll be the Santa of the name they picked which means – they'll be in charge to giving the present to the name they picked.
4
Teach them the value of “giving.” The real value of Christmas is “giving.” Prepare a couple of presents. Bring your little one to a foster home and ask him to give out the gifts.
5
Teach them Christmas songs.
