They say that moms are easier to find gifts that dads. And true enough, finding the perfect gift for dad can actually be a tedious and haunting task. Below are tips to help you find only the perfect gift for daddy!
1
1.Keep it sentimental. This is safe. Every parent will cry over something of sentimental value. You can either make a collage of picture yourself and your siblings when you were still kids. Also, if you're quite tight on your budget, then sentimental and customized gifts are the way to go. You do not need to spend anything. All you will need is a good sense of creativity.
2
Ask your Mom! By this time, if there's one person who probably knows what dad likes and does not like, it has got be your Mom! So conspire with Mom. You can either ask her a favor to secretly ask dad about what he would like to receive or ask her for an opinion. She sure can't go wrong!
3
Better yet, ask dad outright. This is perhaps the safest and the surest way to know what dad is secretly dreaming for his birthday.
4
Write him a card. Short, sweet and very valuable. When was the last time you told dad about how sincerely you feel thankful for having him as a father? This is the perfect time to make him feel appreciated – and it's all through a letter.
5
Ask your kids (his grand children) to make him a gift. Grand kids never fail to bring delight to grandpas.
